Lorien's client, a growing firm in the logistics sector, is looking for someone eager to branch out into account management while handling key admin and marketing outreach duties.

They are based near Straiton (free parking on site) and are looking for people to work on-site 5 days per week due to the nature of the role.

This would be a great transition for someone keen to upskill in a firm that will help them grow and enhance their account management and client liaison skills.

You can expect to:

  1. Work with new and existing clients to offer quotes for services and process orders.
  2. Perform essential admin tasks around the office as required.
  3. Contribute to social media outreach and marketing initiatives.

You'll need to bring to the table:

  1. Good interpersonal skills, able to liaise and build relationships with staff and customers alike.
  2. Basic MS Office skills including Word and Excel.
  3. Ability to learn quickly (initial and ongoing training and support will be provided).
  4. Ideally, any experience in customer/client relations.
  5. Adaptability, eagerness to learn as you work, and tenacity to add value and work efficiently.
