Are you a commercially minded relationship builder with a passion for customer engagement? We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a fast-paced and ambitious business, where you’ll play a key role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to partners.

About the Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and development of relationships with a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service while identifying new opportunities for growth. Working closely with an Account Manager across sales, marketing and supply chain, you’ll be the key link between the business and its partners, ensuring commercial targets are achieved and brand presence continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of relationships with a portfolio of key customers.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new commercial opportunities within existing customers.
  • Play a key role in negotiating commercials and promotional activity to deliver profitable growth.
  • Monitor performance and deliver accurate forecasts, sales analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing and category teams to deliver tailored campaigns and in-store activation.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring service levels and product availability meet expectations.
About You
  • No previous Account Management experience is required but you will have ideally worked in a commercial position or a role focused on supporting customers.
  • Good relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
