A leading consulting firm is seeking a full-time Junior Account Manager in Sunderland. The role involves managing staff supply and compliance while providing support for career development within the expanding business. Candidates should have knowledge in customer service and IT, ideally with some recruitment experience.
As part of our continuing expansion, we are excited to be looking for a full-time Junior Account Manager to join our branch in Doxford Park, Sunderland.
Training will be provided; however, you should have some demonstrable knowledge or experience of both customer service and information management, along with strong IT skills. Ideally, you will have had some experience within the recruitment sector.
You will need to be proactive and genuinely interested in supporting the business to grow. In return, you will be given a supportive environment to develop in, with unlimited potential to progress your career as the business continues to expand.
Description of role
To manage the supply of staff to our client base, using both neutral vendor and private client models, including sourcing and recruiting suitable workers and maintaining mandatory compliance for those workers in line with service requirements. Supply can involve ad hoc shift cover or ongoing/permanent positions.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
