A leading software provider in Manchester is seeking two motivated Junior Account Managers to support the account management team. You will assist in maintaining relationships with existing clients, handle customer enquiries, and demonstrate software to potential customers. Responsibilities

Due to consistent, organic year-on-year growth, we are seeking two highly motivated Junior Account Managers to join our team. The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the wider Account Management team with maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the existing client base.

Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Confidence to demonstrate and pitch our software to potential prospects.
  • Organised, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to listen, interpret and communicate a client's need to other members of your team or the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the wider Account Management with their day-to-day duties.
  • Demonstrating the Bolster Software to potential prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients and handle all requests and queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards.
  • Support the wider Account Management team in meeting or exceeding performance metrics as defined by the company.
Nice to have
  • Experience using any CRM system
  • Any previous experience in a Customer Service role
  • Driving License
