If you are looking for an opportunity to be part of a global organisation within the FMCG / Food industry and play a key role to support the key accounts within in the Quick Service Restaurants sector, this role will you allow you to be part of a collaborative team who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to both established and new clients.
Relationship and Account Management / Data Analysis and identifying trends will all be encompassed within the role.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting the Account Manager
Manage daily customer communications, ensuring prompt responses and resolution of queries.
Assist with new contract costings, market analysis, and preparing sales briefs.
Monitor contract sales and run-out dates, ensuring a smooth supply chain process.
Conduct market research and store visits (when required), identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage critical paths for key events and new product launches.
Maintain accurate sales reports, category performance data, and promotional analysis reports.
Attend meetings with buyers and internal teams to ensure seamless account management.
Skills and Experience required:
An analytical mindset - numerate with strong data analysis skills
Experience in FMCG or food sector would be highly beneficial
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised with excellent prioritising skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to use CRM systems
A degree (or equivalent) in Business or Food related field or Science or experience in similar role
Based in Malvern, our client is offering a salary of c £28k plus excellent additional benefits.
