Junior Account Manager | Fashion & Apparel | £35k | London

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking to build a career in fashion account management?

My client is expanding our team due to recent and planned growth and are looking for a confident and detail-driven Junior Account Manager. In this role, you'll support the end-to-end order process for some of our largest brand partners - from initial order placement through to successful delivery into customer warehouses.

You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and factories across the globe to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forward Order Management
    • Prepare key insights and reports ahead of customer meetings
    • Attend and document customer meetings, share recaps and action points
    • Set up and maintain customer order sheets (Excel) with full accuracy
    • Add confirmed order quantities into buying plans for the sourcing team
    • Reconcile purchase orders from customers with factory POs
    • Create order sheets for sourcing including full size and product detail breakdowns
  • In-Season Order Management
    • Reconcile orders placed with factories against customer POs
    • Flag and resolve any discrepancies; communicate updates to buyers
    • Liaise with factories and sourcing to ensure correct product labelling and packaging
    • Work closely with production to manage order tracking and critical path timelines
    • Take action on any late deliveries; ensure POs are updated
    • Collaborate with logistics and offshore teams to hand orders over smoothly
    • Resolve any customer-facing issues related to deliveries
  • Support & Reporting
    • Provide available-to-sell (ATS) reports for Account Managers to review
    • Assist in pulling product samples for meetings and customer presentations
    • Support warehouse with order forecasts and ensure accurate booking
    • Share monthly shipping reviews with customers so they can raise new orders
    • Communicate all order details clearly to the sourcing team
