We're looking for a Junior Account Manager / Account Executive who's hungry to learn, keen to get stuck in, and ready to progress their agency career with a bang. This is your chance to work on exciting campaigns, be client-facing, and learn from some of the smartest minds in shopper marketing. This isn't a "sit quietly in the corner" kind of role. You'll be client-facing, campaign-supporting, and the glue that holds brilliant creative and happy clients together. What you'll be doing:

  • Assisting with campaign reporting and KPI tracking.

  • 1-2 years' experience in an agency environment (retail/shopper marketing experience is a plus, but not essential).
  • Organised, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
  • Excellent communication skills - you can charm a client without breaking a sweat.
  • Curious, creative, and excited to learn about FMCG, retail, and shopper marketing.
