This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales or account management career who is eager to learn, develop, and make an impact.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our mobile team while also taking ownership of cross-selling additional products and services to our existing mobile customer base. You’ll help us drive revenue growth while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support.

What will you be doing?
  1. Proactively cross-sell additional products and services into our existing base of mobile customers.
  2. Support our mobile specialists with day-to-day tasks, admin, and customer communication.
  3. Assist with quoting, order processing, and contract management.
  4. Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  5. Respond to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Provisioning, Billing, etc.) to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  7. Identify upselling opportunities and help increase account value.
  8. Contribute to team targets and overall divisional performance.
