JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M41 7JQ (FREE onsite parking)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Holidays: 25 days + statutory bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our sales team, learning the ropes of account management, customer engagement, and business development. We provide full training—so whether you're fresh out of education or looking to switch careers, we’ll help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in Managing Accounts: Learn to nurture and grow our customer relationships while working with a diverse portfolio.
  • Engage with Customers: Make regular outbound calls under the guidance of experienced team members to connect with our customer base and generate new business.
  • Learn the Sales Trade: Gain hands-on experience in upselling and cross-selling our extensive range of AV, sound, and lighting products.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work alongside industry experts, receive mentorship, and develop the skills you need to succeed in sales.
  • Build Your Track Record: Help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, contributing to our overall sales growth strategy.
  • Represent Our Brand: Attend industry events and networking opportunities as you build your professional network.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A natural-born rapport builder with excellent communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated individual eager to learn the ins and outs of sales.
  • A passion for music, sound, or lighting – experience in AV is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and organised personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
