WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

  • You will help manage client communication for a portfolio of clients, confidently liaising with clients face to face, via email, phone, and online communication.
  • You will nurture client relationships, strategically growing accounts and retaining client accounts to deliver exceptional results.
  • Monitoring client performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
  • Communicating effectively with internal account management, sales, and teams to deliver great client results.
  • You will effectively work with external providers such as designers and content writers.
  • Managing timelines and expectations for client deliverables and projects.
  • Create and present monthly and quarterly client reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • To be a people person.
  • Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships.
