Pentex Ltd is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support key customer accounts from brief through order, production and delivery. You will coordinate samples, manage critical paths, and ensure accurate information flows between teams and customers.
Working closely with Sales, Design, Product Development and Merchandising, you will build strong relationships, monitor costs, specs and timelines, and help protect margins while meeting commercial targets.
At Pentex, integrity is at the heart of everything we do; from the way we work through to the products we create. Combining creative design with responsible and ethical practices, we deliver fashion solutions that are built for today and ready for the future.
Since our beginnings in East London in the 1960s, Pentex has grown into a global design and manufacturing partner. Throughout that journey, one value has remained constant: doing the right thing.
We believe in doing what’s right, putting our customers first and holding ourselves to high standards in everything we do. Every partnership we build, every garment we produce and every order we deliver reflects our commitment to working with honesty, care and integrity which is the ethos that continues to define the Pentex way.
As Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of some of our most important customer accounts, supporting the full product journey from initial brief through to order, production and final delivery. Working closely with Sales, Design, Product Development, Merchandising, QA and our supply base, you’ll help manage the critical path, coordinate samples and approvals, and keep customers informed and engaged at every stage. You’ll be a vital link in ensuring accurate information flows between teams and customers, covering costs, specs, quantities and timelines, while resolving queries quickly and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in account management within a fast-paced, global fashion supplier. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full order lifecycle, work closely alongside experienced Senior Account Managers and Merchandisers, and develop the commercial, analytical and relationship-building skills needed to progress within the team. We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to make a genuine impact from day one.
