Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Account Manager to join our client's expanding account management team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, working alongside experienced account managers and internal teams to support the delivery of outstanding client service.

Our client operates in the Hygiene sector offering a range of products ranging from Laundry and Dishwash Dosing to Chemical dilution, spraying and foaming systems.

In this role, the successful candidate will assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a key point of contact for client queries and supporting the creation of proposals, presentations, and account plans. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with sales, marketing, and operational departments to ensure that client deliverables are met efficiently and on schedule. This position requires someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in building strong client relationships. Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales would be beneficial, but more importantly, we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Our client offers a collaborative team environment and is committed to developing talent from within. This role presents the ideal platform for a motivated individual to grow their skills, gain exposure to a wide range of industries, and progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business. This role also includes a fantastic benefits package, including private medical insurance, life assurance at twice the annual salary, a 4% company pension scheme, 23 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a long service holiday award after five years, and access to their Benefit Hub. Additional perks include a cycle to work scheme and a 28-day free Brighton & Hove Bus Saver.
