The Opportunity Hub UK is currently seeking a skilled Junior Account Manager to join a dynamic team in the realm of public relations. In this unique opportunity, you'll be an integral part of our client's expanding portfolio, covering a spectrum of businesses in media, marketing, data, e-commerce, tech, creative design, and more. As the appointed Account Manager, you'll engage with a diverse clientele and enhance your skill set within a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Junior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and delivering PR plans aligned with client goals and KPIs
2. Cultivating and nurturing relationships with key media contacts
3. Identifying and capitalizing on news jacking opportunities
4. Providing support in new business endeavours
5. Contributing to the strategic direction of client accounts
6. Delegating, briefing, and monitoring the progress of direct reports
7. Conducting interviews and appraisals
8. Representing the agency professionally

Here Are the Skills You’ll Need:

1. A minimum of two years of agency PR experience
2. Demonstrated excellence in writing skills and thought leadership
3. Strong media relations and familiarity with key media contacts
4. Understanding of new business processes
5. Proficient client management skills
6. Intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude
7. Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
8. Familiarity with evaluation, measurement, and reporting systems
9. Excellent organizational skills
