As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers while supporting the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.


This is a full-time, permanent role, onsite daily.


Typical Duties Include:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships.
  2. Keep existing customers informed about current offers, company news, and promotions.
  3. Engage with customers to encourage sales and enhance relationships.
  4. Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries.
  5. Manage customer expectations effectively and professionally.
  6. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  7. Process customer orders and take payments.
  8. Maintain and update customer records on the company database.
