Our client, a leading business communications company, is currently recruiting a Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 15-month fixed-term contract.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will work on a hybrid model, requiring you to work in the Bristol office 2 days per week.

Main Duties:

  1. Assist in the BAU management of the allocated client base.
  2. Own complex issues and act as the main point of escalation, providing detailed resolutions and updating key stakeholders.
  3. Attend daily production meetings.
  4. Host and participate in monthly third-party review meetings.
  5. Manage relationships with client BAU contacts.
  6. Ensure all BAU activities are charged according to the client contract.
  7. Monitor and help manage the client-specific change management process, working closely with design, development, production, and warehouse teams to meet client change requests.
  8. Attend and contribute to monthly reviews hosted by the Client Relationship Management team.
  9. Understand contractual SLA commitments and ensure all SLAs are met across all output channels.
  10. Keep client operations and specific documentation up to date.

Skills required:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good communication skills.
