Job summary

Apprentify in Walsall is recruiting a Trainee Account Executive to kick-start a career in sales. No previous experience required; you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop client relationships and generate new business.

You will proactively engage prospective customers, build relationships, and contribute to team targets, with a base salary of £30,000-£35,000 plus OTE up to £45,000.

Location: Walsall

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + £35,000 to £45,000 OTE

The Opportunity We’re supporting a well‑established logistics and supply chain business in Walsall as they continue to expand their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kick‑start a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. Instead, we’re looking for confident communicators who are driven, eager to learn, and motivated by success.

You’ll be given full training and support while developing the skills to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and build a successful career within a growing organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
