Job Title: Junior Account Executive, Brand and Digital
Reports to: Associate Director, Brand and Digital
Location: Hybrid working - Old Street, EC1V 9BW and remote working
Type: Permanent, full-time

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Junior Account Executive who wants to help us create and deliver award-winning work. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work across both our Consumer Brand and Digital/Social practices, reflecting the integral role that online plays in building brand love and demand among audiences. You should be passionate about brands, creativity, earned media and digital marketing. You should be eager to learn, adaptable to the fast-changing landscape of PR and communications, and motivated to contribute to high-impact campaigns. As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll be vital in supporting the day-to-day running of our clients’ business and supporting the development and implementation of strategic PR and social media campaigns. Your role will involve researching industry trends, crafting compelling content, and engaging with media and influencers to secure coverage/content. You will also play a key role in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, ensuring that our clients' objectives are met and exceeded. Practical social media skills are a must – while this role will focus on developing your skills, you should already be familiar and active within key platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat. Key Requirements:
  1. Creativity: strong creative thinking and a natural ability to contribute to brainstorms and campaign/content plans
  2. Strong communication skills: written and oral communication confidence and ability to craft engaging and persuasive content
  3. Passion for PR and Social: with a keen interest in culture and trends, and how they travel across platforms
  4. Excellent organisational and time management: with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  5. Understanding and interest in media and social platforms: including regular reading of mainstream news, lifestyle and culture media titles, some familiarity with online and social metrics and reporting, video editing on platforms like Instagram or TikTok, practical understanding of influencer marketing
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and execution of PR and social media campaigns: contributing creative ideas and supporting campaign activation and evaluation
  2. Research and monitor industry trends and campaigns: gathering and sharing insights and best practices to share with clients/teams and inform campaigns and client briefs
  3. Drafting materials: creating content plans, creative assets, media releases, campaign reports, client emails and more
  4. Engage with media and creators: building and maintaining relationships to secure coverage/content, including building and maintaining relationships with talent management
  5. Building client relationships: ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients across email and meetings, working closely with SAM/AD/SAD on presentations and escalating any client issues to the senior team, and being a kind, empathetic and considered agency partner
  6. Internal team collaboration and education: working in partnership across different teams and being an active advocate of our digital and PR services, contributing to internal education and explanation through regular discussion and involvement in training
  7. On-site attendance at events and shoots: attending events and hosting creators and media where relevant, supporting on content shoots
  8. Monitoring and reporting: using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for optimisation
