We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, eager to excel in the financial services industry, and looking to significantly boost their earnings through performance-based incentives. Key Responsibilities: Actively reach out to and engage with potential client to convert demo account to live trading accounts. Drive client funding and encourage trading activity through effective communication and relationship building. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial products, the CFD and the industry. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent sales and negotiation skills. High energy, motivation, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets. Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic understanding of financial products/markets is a plus, however not essential. What We Offer: A competitive base salary of £23,500 per annum based on experience. Generous commission structure, with potential to significantly increase earnings.
