About the Role

In Pilgrim’s Europe, we are committed to providing innovative HR technology that supports our teams. We are seeking a JTP Systems Administrator who is passionate about creating a seamless employee experience.

The JTP Systems Administrator is part of the HR Systems Team, responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective HR information services to our Business Units. The role focuses on supporting technology investments to enhance efficiency, primarily in talent management and organizational engagement surveys across Pilgrim’s and JBS Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage system configurations, employee data imports, and process setups for various HR modules such as 360 Evaluation, 9 Box, and Engagement Surveys.
  • Provide technical support for the JTP system, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and security permissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely data updates, process implementation, and user training.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to analyze employee trends, engagement, and performance.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Support system integration and stay updated with system enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in HRIS system administration, preferably with JTP or similar systems.
  • Strong data handling, reporting, and testing skills.
  • Experience supporting HR or payroll systems, including user support and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
