The role is a replacement, for a 1-year fixed-term contract.
This role involves managing multiple sites across Northern Italy, with about 60% travel. You'll be at the forefront of HR innovation, balancing strategic topics like labor relations and analytics with soft topics such as culture growth and talent development.
