Job Description:

Jr. Project Manager with Clarity and Jira/Confluence experience to support various projects for our insurance client

Location: 3 Days Hybrid, Downtown Toronto

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

1. Provide reporting and analysis to Program and Project Managers on an as needed basis.
2. Take accountability for own deliverables keeping in mind team goals and objectives.
3. Provide tool support and training for Project Managers and other resources (Clarity & JIRA/Confluence).
4. Provide support to larger or more complex projects through financial, project and performance reporting to promote effective communication and decision making.
5. Data entry and validation of project specific information for reporting, track project costs and ensure reconciliation in financial reporting systems.
6. Contribute to knowledge base, culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
7. Support organizational change and improvement, including supporting the implementation and adherence to changes in processes and practices.
8. Ensure the effective execution of smaller projects or initiatives to deliver a product that satisfies stakeholder expectations and achieves project success criteria.

Must Haves:

1. 2+ years of combined Project Management education and experience in supporting/leading projects.
2. Experience administering/supporting Clarity and JIRA/Confluence.
3. Must be eligible for Protected B – Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
4. Expertise in reporting, data collection, and analysis.

Nice to Haves:

1. Experience with creating and maintaining Power BI reports/dashboards.
