Job Title: Jr. Crane Service Technician

Salary: $20-22/hr

Job Description:

• Assist in inspections and service on various models of overhead cranes/lifting devices
• Assist in extensive on-site electrical, electronic, and mechanical troubleshooting
• Assist with on-site repairs on overhead traveling cranes in conjunction with planned repairs
• Accountable for all company-issued tools, ladders, and inventory levels assigned to you
• Maintain all company equipment and assets in proper working order and neat or clean
• Manage and train apprentices as required
• Follow and abide by all Munck Cranes Service Division Inc. and customer health and safety policies and procedures
• Work efficiently in fast-paced environments without sacrificing quality and safety
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Be available "on call" as part of service office rotation and provide after-hours service as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
