Job summary

Kinderland Day Nursery Ltd, a long-standing nursery in Greater London, is seeking a friendly Early Years Assistant who loves children and is passionate about delivering high-quality care and development. You will work within a nurturing team, supporting children’s learning and personal care while building strong relationships with families.

You will contribute to a bright, stimulating environment, align with our vision and curriculum, and participate in ongoing training and safeguarding

• Must possess key skills: good communication, enthusiasm, patience, and a big smile.

Responsibilities

• Providing fun learning and care for the children
• Following the Nursery vision and curriculum to give children the best possible start in life
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting children with their individual personal hygiene needs
• Providing effective and regular feedback to parents on their child’s day, personal development and any other relevant information
• Ensuring a bright and stimulating room with displays showing children’s work
• Assisting with care, maintenance and security of all equipment and toys within the nursery
