Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our caring team at Purley, near London, by the railway station. The role focuses on engaging children with interactive play, daily routines, and activities that promote curiosity and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents.
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Support development towards key milestones through interactive play and activities.
