Avante Care & Support in Greater London is seeking an Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator (part-time) to bring light, laughter and life to Amherst Court residents. You’ll design and lead person-centred activities tailored to individual interests, helping residents stay engaged and connected.

You’ll collaborate with families, volunteers and staff, promote independence, and create meaningful daily moments. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is a bonus and previous activity planning experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Warm, compassionate personality essential for care settings.
• Experience planning or coordinating activities for older adults.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a bonus and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead person-centred activities reflecting residents' interests.
• Encourage independence, movement, and social engagement through therapy and outings.
