Join an award winning academic publisher in the exciting role of Journals Content Operations Lead that will see you playing a crucial role in strategic operations for a global production team.

You will lead and support a team to deliver an outstanding, service-focused production process for a growing portfolio of journals. This role offers the opportunity to shape operational strategy, optimise workflows, and ensure the smooth, timely delivery of content to international partners and readers.

Role details and benefits:

  • Location: This is a remote first role, however the team gathers in Leeds once a month and ideally, candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel for these meetings.

Overview of the role:

In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operational delivery of a diverse journals portfolio, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and service-led production process. You will manage a team of content operations staff, working closely with colleagues and partners across the globe to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness are consistently met. You will be instrumental in driving workflow improvements, optimising processes, and supporting the development of your team to meet evolving business needs.
