Key responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable with news writing as well as long-form features, guides, reviews etc.

Must possess professional journalistic skills that will allow the selected candidate to operate in a fast-paced and versatile media environment, covering news and informational content.

News content will focus on supporting and adding value to the existing written and audio-visual editorial output and priorities of the site.

Must have a good understanding of how to implement effective SEO in story writing.

Proven track record of producing well-researched, engaging, and insightful articles on the Web3 domain.

News desk: Edit, manage and supervise the work of a team of journalists covering news and long-form informational content

Editorial output: Write insightful, researched, and engaging articles on the latest fintech & web3 news.

Informational/Educational: Write informative, authoritative and engaging informational and educational copy, that includes formats such as guides, how-tos, reviews and long-from deep dives on various products, trends and niches in the fast-paced fintech & web3 sector.

SEO: Familiarity with the tools and skills required to implement effective search engine optimisation.

Infographics: Training will be provided on developing and creating infographics. Helping to prepare and produce infographics to enhance reader engagement is key to the role.

Social Media: Familiarity with a range of social media is desirable, including X. Post engaging content that helps to drive traffic to the site, in conjunction with the dedicated social media team.
