Job summary

Joules in Swansea is looking for a Supervisor to lead the sales team with hands-on coaching, exceptional customer service, and strong product knowledge. This part-time role covers 21.50 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop the team, uphold outstanding store standards, and drive profitability through a friendly, commercial approach. Flexible working options are available.

• Experience supervising or leading a sales team in a retail environment.
• Ability to work with Store Manager to develop the sales team and customer experience.
• Maintain high store standards and drive profitability through effective operations.

About You

As a Supervisor you will think commercially and have the ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Working with the management team, you will support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met. You will also assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability.

You will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.
