Job summary

Joules Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead the sales team by example, delivering outstanding customer service and using knowledge of product to inspire shoppers.

You will work with the Store Manager to create a unique Joules shopping experience, develop the team, and ensure store standards and efficiencies support profitability. Flexible working options are available for this role.

As a Supervisor you will think commercially and have the ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Working with the management team, you will support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs and wants are met. You will also assist in setting up and delivering exceptional retail operational standards and in store efficiencies to drive profitability. You will need to have previous experience as a retail Supervisor or a Senior Sales Assistant ready to progress your career.
