Job description

This is a full-time role for a Joinery Spray Painter located in our workshop in Turners Hill, West Sussex. The Spray Painter will be responsible for spraying a mainly PU paint on MDF flat packed joinery and occasionally water based lacquer, ensuring high-quality finishes, preparing surfaces for painting, mixing paint and coatings, and maintaining spray equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting surfaces, masking, and applying primers and topcoats, and final wrapping for collection.

Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience with Spray Painting PU and water-based paint.
• Knowledge of various Coatings and surface preparation.
• Attention to detail and an excellent eye for finishes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to spray painting.
• Previous experience in the joinery or decorating industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
