Job summary

Reinforced Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Joinery Site Manager for a contract project in King's Cross, London. The role focuses on managing the joinery package, coordinating joiners and sub-contractors, and ensuring works align with the project programme and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong joinery background, excellent attention to detail, and proven experience supervising specialist installations on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as Joinery Site Manager or managing specialist joinery packages.
• Strong knowledge of joinery installation and finishing.
• Trade background in carpentry or joinery advantageous.
• Experience managing labour and subcontractors against a programme.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of the joinery package, ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements.
• Coordinate joiners, subcontractors and deliveries to maintain progress.
• Read and interpret drawings, identifying and resolving installation issues.
• Liaise with the project team and other trades to coordinate work areas and access.
• Maintain health and safety standards, including RAMS compliance.
• Carry out quality inspections, manage snagging and oversee handover.
• Report on progress, labour requirements and any delays.
