Trades UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for on-site coordination of joinery installations within the shopfitting sector. You will oversee labour resources, ensure high workmanship, coordinate with Design, Production and client teams, and escalate issues promptly to keep projects on track.

You'll manage on-site materials, produce risk assessments and method statements, supervise on-site staff and subcontractors, and contribute to continuous improvements through

Formación

• 5+ years joinery experience with City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Proven track record of project delivery in shopfitting projects.
• Detail oriented with methodical approach to work.
• Experience managing site labour and subcontractors.
• Strong communication with clients and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate on-site activities to maximise labour resources.
• Ensure high workmanship standards and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with Design, Production and Sprayshop.
• Manage on-site materials and procurement.
• Prepare site project files and handover.
• Train and supervise new workers.
• Attend internal meetings and drive process improvements.
• Undertake site surveys for bespoke joinery.
