Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Kent is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager with a strong joinery background to lead projects from pricing through delivery. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure commercial success.

The role requires estimating, procurement, design review and contract management, with the ability to read technical drawings and negotiate effectively. Hybrid working is available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Joinery industry experience with commercial understanding.
• Experience in estimating, procurement and design.
• Contract management experience; ability to read technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans and quotations.
• Oversee procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Review designs and technical specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and manage commercial risks.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and profitability; liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
