Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CAD Draughtsperson (Joinery) for a days-based role in Andover. The position offers progression, in-house training on 3D designs, and a salary of £40,000–£45,000 with a bonus.

The role is hybrid and runs Monday to Friday from 7am–4pm, with site surveys and client coordination as part of the duties. You will design 2D drawings for bespoke joinery products, including windows, doors, and staircases, and ensure designs are correct for submittal.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD draughting for joinery projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and 2D drawings.
• Ability to interpret client requirements for bespoke joinery.

Responsibilities

• Design 2D drawings of bespoke joinery products using AutoCAD.
• Attend site surveys to aid with design development.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure designs are suitable for submittal.
