1. Rate of pay: £11.81 ph (plus depending on current earnings) plus On Call pay outs
2. Hours of work: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm and Fridays to 4.00 pm
3. Location: Based in Coleraine
4. Duration of post: Temporary, ongoing

The Role:

1. Carry out first and second fix joinery work associated with major and minor construction work, and other maintenance and refurbishment duties.

Criteria:

1. Completed either time served or skills apprenticeship
2. At least 1 years’ post apprenticeship experience including floor and wall tiling experience
3. Full current driving licence or access to a form of transport

As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure. Having a criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
