More about your role

As a Joiner, you will use your experience to undertake joinery to a high standard. You will receive a new power tool kit, vehicle, Apple iPad, and phone, as we know it's more than just being a joiner.

You will work independently, with strong communication and organizational skills. The role involves working in empty homes, upgrading properties, or responding to repairs in customers' homes, offering variety. If you have skills in plumbing, plastering, tiling, or other related trades, additional pay is available through our reward framework.

Although advertised in a specific location, you will work in surrounding areas.

The working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday. Overtime opportunities and other staff benefits are available for those interested in additional learning or responsibilities.

More about you

You will have experience in joinery.

• A driving license is essential, as we provide a van for work.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification is required; if not held, we can support obtaining this qualification.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace is necessary.
• Experience in domestic housing is preferred but not essential.
• This role requires a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
• Skills in fire door conversion or working with fireproof materials are advantageous.
