Job summary

Sama Talent Group is seeking a motivated Joiner to join our production team in the United Kingdom. You will assist experienced joiners in mould and formwork production, read technical drawings, and measure, cut, assemble timber components to precise specifications, all while maintaining a safe workshop environment.

This role offers hands-on learning in a dynamic concrete manufacturing setting. Joiner duties include working with timber, interpreting drawings, and collaborating with a skilled team

Qualifications

• Basic experience with woodworking tools, timber cutting and drawing interpretation.
• GCSEs in Maths and English are desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Mould & Formwork Production: Assist experienced joiners in constructing timber moulds and formwork for concrete manufacturing.
• Technical Interpretation: Read and accurately follow technical drawings and specifications.
• Assembly & Fabrication: Measure, cut, assemble, and finish timber components to precise specifications.
• Maintenance & Safety: Maintain tools and workshop equipment while adhering to health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled team to ensure high-quality products are delivered on schedule.
