Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Aberdeen requires joiners for void refurbishments and related works. Immediate start for 4 joiners across two teams, with duties spanning kitchen/bathroom upgrades, interior finishes, doors, walls, and ceilings.

Roles involve window installation work as well. Candidates must hold SVQ2/NVQ2, CSCS, PVG, and a full UK driving license; time-served with City & Guilds/SVQ2 preferred. PAYE contract with holidays and pension.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and strict safety awareness are essential.
• A valid CSCS card and PVG clearance may be required.
• Time-served joiner with City & Guilds/SVQ2.
• Full UK driving license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of void refurbishments including kitchen and bathroom upgrades, interior finishes, doors, walls and ceilings, with a team.
• Deliver kitchen and bathroom renewals plus window installation work.

4 in total Joiners required in Aberdeen! 2 for the Void Team & 2 for the Operations Team

• £17.16ph PAYE + Rolled up Holidays + Pension

2 off Joiners - What will you be doing?:

Delivery of void refurbishments consisting of kitchen upgrades, bathroom upgrades, internal finishes, internal doors, walls & ceiling refurbs. Working in a team with the ability to use your own initiative to deliver an efficient quality service.

2 off Joiners, all the same as above, but delivery of kitchen & bathroom renewals + Window installation work.

All Joiners are required to have the following:

• SVQ2/NVQ2
• Valid CSCS Card
• Health & Safety awareness
• Experience with Construction sites.
• Experience working in Local Authority
• Full UK Drivers License
• Must be a time-served qualified Joiner - City & Guilds/SVQ2
• You will be required to obtain a PVG if successful

• Direct PAYE Contracts: pay + holidays + pension. Not Umbrella or CIS - NO payroll fees
