Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Trade Operative (Joiner) in Glasgow to join the Reactive Maintenance team. The role covers Central and West Scotland, with a company van and tools supplied for site work across multiple properties.

Key duties include construction, fault fixing, and maintenance per contracts, plus safe handling of equipment, timely customer updates and coordination with the broader team. 34k-36k salary with progression after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in a core subject; Level 3 in Plumbing if relevant.
• Unvented - G3 Certificate and WRAS or be currently undertaking the qualification.
• Ability to provide original certification at interview; copies not accepted.
• Full UK manual driving licence required for company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance work per contract specifications.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and restocked as needed.
• Respond promptly to complaints and breakdowns, keeping customers informed.
• Provide accurate, timely progress information on works to customers.
