Working in our properties across the North East

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw Monday to Friday, with on call on a rota basis)

Salary £33,433 per annum plus van, generous on call allowance and great benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical day as a Joiner (multi skilled)

  • Complete all allocated jobs right first time, adopting a whole job repair approach to provide excellent service for our customers.
  • Perform joinery works across repairs, maintenance, and property refurbishments.
  • Deliver high-quality and compliant work.
  • Utilize multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits to customers’ homes.
  • Work across properties in the North East. All jobs are scheduled so you know exactly where you need to be.

You have

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry, joinery, or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of joinery work within a maintenance environment, including glazing and working with UPVC windows and doors.
  • Experience in other building trade areas (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
  • A full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.

Job details

  • Work Monday to Friday, with participation in our out-of-hours service on a rota basis, with additional on-call payments.
  • Work in properties across the North East. Our office base is Belmont, Durham.
  • You must be comfortable using technology for logging jobs, completing online learning, and collaborating with colleagues.
  • A Basic DBS check is required, which we will pay for.
