Job description

Joiner (Multi Skilled) - North East

Join our team as a Multi Skilled Joiner working across properties in the North East. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with on-call duties on a rota basis. The salary is £33,433 per annum, including a van, generous on-call allowance, and excellent benefits such as a Health Cash Plan.

About the Role

You will carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance and refurbishment works, providing excellent service to our customers. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Completing joinery and other maintenance tasks across repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments.
  2. Delivering compliant, high-quality work with a focus on first-time fixes.
  3. Working in properties across the North East, with scheduled jobs to ensure efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery or equivalent.
  • Experience in all aspects of joinery, including glazing and UPVC windows and doors.
  • Experience in other building trades (multi skilled).
  • A flexible approach, initiative, and good judgment.
  • A full current driving licence, as a company van will be provided.
Additional Information

This role involves working Monday to Friday, with participation in an out-of-hours rota on a voluntary basis with additional pay. The office base is Belmont, Durham. You will need to use technology for logging jobs, online learning, and collaboration. A Basic DBS check will be required, which we will fund.
