Job Description - Joiner Multi Skilled (25686)

Joiner Multi Skilled

Location: Working across properties in the North East

Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota)

Salary: £33,433 per annum plus van, generous on-call allowance, and benefits including Health Cash Plan

About the role: We are seeking an experienced Joiner to join our repairs and maintenance team. You will carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across responsive and void properties, working alongside a supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing all jobs right first time, with a whole-job repair approach
  • Carrying out joinery works in repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments
  • Delivering high-quality, compliant work
  • Utilizing multi-skilling to improve first-time fixes and reduce multiple visits
  • Working across properties in the North East, with scheduled jobs

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in carpentry/joinery
  • Experience in all aspects of joinery within a maintenance environment, including glazing and UPVC windows/doors
  • Experience in other building trades (multi-skilled)
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to use your own initiative
  • Full valid driving license; company van provided

Note: Due to current sponsorship limitations, we cannot offer sponsorship to external candidates for this role.

Additional details:

  • Working Monday to Friday, with out-of-hours on a rota basis, plus additional on-call payments
  • Based in Belmont, Durham, working across properties in the North East

  • Basic DBS check required (paid for by us)
