Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Joiner to assist with strip-out works on a commercial site in Honiton. This role involves dismantling and removing existing timber fixtures as part of a pre-refurbishment phase. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Dismantling timber fixtures and fittings (e.g. doors, frames, skirtings, partitions)

  • Removing built-in joinery elements in a safe, controlled manner

  • Stripping out internal woodwork while preserving reusable materials where possible

  • Using hand and power tools efficiently and safely

  • Supporting general rip-out activities and working with other trades on-site

  • Adhering to site health & safety procedures at all times

  • Keeping the work area clean and free from hazards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site joiner, ideally on commercial rip-out or refurb projects
• Valid CSCS Card
• Own tools and full PPE
• Strong understanding of safe dismantling and manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and professional approach
