Job Title: Joiner
Location: Coventry CV5– Commercial Bar Shop Fit-Out
Pay Rate: £23.00 per hour
Working Hours: 10–12 hour shifts available
Start Date: Immediate
CSCS Requirement: Blue CSCS Card – Required

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Joiners to join a ongoingcommercial bar shop fit-out project in Coventry CV5 -This is a fast-paced, high-spec fit-out requiring quality workmanship and immediate availability. Long hours available for those seeking extended shifts and consistent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• 2nd fix joinery including fitting doors, skirting, architraves, bar counters, panels, and bespoke fixtures

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

• Working with various materials such as MDF, hardwoods, and laminates

• Delivering a clean, precise finish in line with commercial interior standards

• Coordinating with other trades and working to site schedules

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial/shop fit joinery

• Blue CSCS Card – Required

• Own tools and full PPE

• Ability to work independently or within a team

• Strong attention to detail and high finish standards

• Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts as required
