Choice Services is seeking to appoint a fully qualified Joiner to provide an efficient, responsive, and customer-focused service to our customers. Operating as a wholly owned subsidiary, Choice Services will focus on Response Repair Services, Void Works, Multi-Trade Works, and Planned Works, mainly in the Greater Belfast area. The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver better value for our stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:
  • A time served Joiner
  • Minimum 2 years post-apprentice experience
  • High level of experience in minor building and maintenance joinery services
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in the sector
  • Proven high standards of customer service
  • Availability for Out of Hours Call-Out Rota (1 week every 15 weeks)
  • Ability to use a PDA smartphone device
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Confident, reliable, flexible, adaptable
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in social housing (Desirable)
  • Valid CSR Card
  • Experience in Multi-Trade works
