Job summary

AllForProperty Limited in the West Midlands is seeking a skilled Joiner/Carpenter to join our team. You\'ll work on-site and on the road, carrying out joinery, kitchen and bathroom fitting, door installation and related carpentry tasks.

The role requires reliability, punctuality and the ability to read plans. CSCS card is essential, and a company van and tools are provided to support your work across social housing, local authority and private projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery, kitchen and bathroom fitting.
• Door installation experience.
• Fire door installation and remedial work (FD30/FD60 doorsets).
• Carpentry experience with high workmanship standards.
• Reading and working from plans.

Responsibilities

AllForProperty is an established West Midlands multi-trade property and construction company — Gas Safe, NAPIT and MCS accredited — delivering high-quality work across social housing, local authority and private and commercial projects.

We're expanding and looking for a skilled Joiner/Carpenter to join the team.

The role

We're after a reliable, punctual and highly driven tradesperson who takes real pride in their work and consistently delivers to a high standard, helping us maintain and build on our reputation. You'll work both on your own initiative and alongside our other tradesmen, always with quality and efficiency in mind. Ideally you'll have a joinery background with some plumbing experience and be keen to progress into kitchen and bathroom installation, commercial joinery and fire door installation.

Skills and experience

• Experience in joinery, kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Door installation
• Fire door installation and remedial work (FD30/FD60 doorsets)
• Carpentry experience
• Consistently high standards of workmanship
• Able to work under your own initiative or as part of a team
• Ability to read and work from plans
• Reliable transport and able to commute to job locations
• CSCS card — essential for this role
