We are seeking x2 Joiners to assist Property Services with various large-scale joinery projects, including our Major Void Backlog, In Year Programme, and Planned Repairs Projects.
As part of a wider team, you will deliver essential repairs and replacements to our social housing properties, focusing on both void and occupied units.
Candidates with basic plumbing skills or experience are advantageous but not essential.
You should be willing to assist other trades and perform general labouring tasks, including rubbish removal.
A full induction will be provided before starting on-site. A weekly work schedule will be issued whenever possible.
A works vehicle will be provided for successful candidates; however, you may need to commute to the depot initially.
The void programme lasts for 12 months, with placements reviewed every three months.
