Job description

Joiner required to work in York in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are boxing in around service pipes in properties.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is 4 weeks.

• £21 per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment
• Street Parking
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
