Executive Connect LTD is seeking a time-served Joiner to support the Housing Building team, delivering high-quality joinery across Council housing stock and other Council-owned properties. You will be responsible for carrying out joinery tasks to a high standard and keeping tenants informed of progress.

A vehicle is provided and the role uses mobile technology to manage appointments, van stock, and health and safety information.

£15.60 per hour

4 months contract

We are commercially focused, successful and thriving Housing Building team which are currently looking to recruit time served Joiner to join the team.

This team looks after Council housing stock and other Council owned properties such as sheltered housing schemes.

We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction and are looking to expand our team further to deliver this.

You will be expected to work to a high standard ensuring good value all whilst keeping tenants informed of progress.

The job utilises mobile technology to enable you to carry out your job while on the move using a mobile device.

This includes details of your appointments, van stock control and health and safety information such as vehicle checks.

A vehicle is provided which is collected and returned daily to our depot.

You must be willing to join the call out rota if required.

A satisfactory enhanced DBS check is required.
