Joiner required to work in Catle Vale, B35 area in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are installing architraves, skirtings and hanging internal doors.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 6 weeks work but could be extended.

• Street Parking
• Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Joiner
• Social housing experience
• CSCS Card
• Own Tools
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
